We understand the importance of making the most out of your investments and also the stress that sometimes comes with it.  We have extensive experience in tailoring a package to our clients in return offering a professional yet more personal service.

Whilst some of our clients prefer to be contacted by email with updates from time to time some prefer to be kept update to date on a more regular basis that is why at Brink Riley you are designated a Portfolio Manager who will from the start take the time to discuss your requirements and ensure these are met to a high standard.

With a high percentage of our clients being overseas we have ensured we have as much to offer in our service to ensure they have as less to deal with as possible. We can therefore offer all clients Rental Warranty and Buildings and Contents Insurance.  Whilst we do not charge additional fee to arrange these for our clients they are liable for the policy payments.

We will combine your Letting and Management Fee together which will be charged on a monthly basis.  As standard our Management Service include:

  • Arranging of Professional Independent Inventory & Check-In
  • Initial 3 month inspection and every 6 months thereafter (unless requested otherwise)
  • Rent Collection
  • Chase and take any necessary legal action on late or non payment of rents
  • Update utility companies of occupiers and meter readings
  • Deal and arrange any maintenance issues
  • Arrange up to date Gas and Electric Certificates
  • Deal with all deposit receipts and return within the DPS
  • Deal with insurance claims when necessary
  • Provide detailed reports on any major repair issues with photographs before and after works
  • Expert evaluation of the optimum selling price for your property
  • Creation of a professional brochure with superb photos and a detailed description of the property and location
  • Selection of potential clients from a continuously updated database
  • Presentation of your property on the most popular property websites
  • Additional printed advertisements in the local press
  • Regular viewing appointments with interested parties
  • Creation of reservation agreements and draft legal sales contracts
  • Participation in registration and handover to buyer
