About Brink Riley Properties

Brink Riley Properties was established in 2012 with a main focus of managing the assets of individual and corporate landlords and now has a 6 year track record of delivering client objectives, which has created a demand for us to expand our services to block, estate and commercial management.

Brink Riley now operates in over 7 cities and due to client demands are swiftly expanding their offices and geographical coverage.

We have been dedicated to building an experienced and attentive team who are trained and qualified to industry standard. We have also made a number of investments into systems and technology, to include a bespoke property management and accounts software, an online report a repair and an additional inspection software that synchronise with our system to ensure everything is recorded and passed on to the relevant persons efficiently.

We offer an online portal to all our landlords and tenant, giving the 24h access to their account and property documents.

Natalie is an experienced property professional with over 19 years experience in the industry. Natalie’s expertise is Lettings and Portfolio Management, to include individual properties, leasehold and freehold estates and commercial units.

Natalie is based in the UK and oversees the Lettings, Management & Finance Departments.

Pieter BrinkDirector

Pieter is an experienced property professional with over 17 years experience in the industry. Pieter’s expertise is Sales and Investment, to include sourcing ideal investments properties for landlords with the aim of uncovering above average property investment opportunities in the UK.

Pieter is based in South Africa and oversees our large South African landlord portfolio, allowing them a personal service for their UK investments.

Both Natalie and Pieter have a passion for the industry and the positive impact that can be made with clients. This has driven them to establish Brink Riley Properties, which is committed to providing a wide range of services to our valued customers above and beyond your normal Letting, Management, and Sale package.
