Our Terms and Conditions for various Management Services make it clear on how we intend to manage, communicate and control income and expenditures, while minimising the various associated risks.

When appointed as a Property Manager we will:

  • Ensure investment objectives are met
  • Maintain comprehensive tenancy records
  • Ensure that landlords obligations are discharged under the lease
  • Ensure the tenants statutory obligations are met under the lease
  • Deal with the day-to-day liaison with the tenant
  • Undertake financial administration of the property, to include rent collection and payment of contractors and service charge.

We will also support our Landlords to;

  • Make a financial and economic success of the property
  • Successful use and operation of the property.

We work with our Landlords to establish a format and frequency for reporting that suits their requirements.

All of our staff are qualified with over 12 years experience in the industry and focus on offering an efficient service to our clients with competitive fees, just one of the ways we ensure our clients are getting the best return on their investments.

Alongside our Lettings & Management Service we provide support to clients from as early as the concept stage of a development and can advise on projected rentals or service charge budgets.

We do not charge additional admin or deposit protection fees!

This will also avoid you being passed from pillow to post when trying to access information, all of our Property Managers are trained in customer care giving you a more personal and friendly approach.

Whether we are managing one of your properties or a block we treat each property as if it was our own, with many of our Property Managers being landlords of their own this come’s as somewhat a second nature. All properties are inspected on a regular basis whereby we provide detailed reports including photographs to both the Freeholder and Leaseholder ensuring that they are fully aware of the position of their investments.

We will agree a competitive fee along with the terms in detail with our client before signing, all fees are taken on monthly basis ensuring you do not have to pay any costly upfront fees.
